Helloo! I'm going down to Pembrokeshire next week to visit the dreaded in-laws & thought I'd sweeten the trip with a bit of surfing.. Anyone here got any pearls of wisdom they want to share on Fresh West? I gather it's probably the best place..
Cheers in advance!
Lucy

Watch the rips at FW
Manorbier is a real nice place to surf with a nice little reef section on take off.
If its big Tenby picks up swell.

Fresh west has something for everyone, picks up most swell in the uk. however next week doesn't look to good. manorbier is a nice spot, can get crowded and dangerous at times (when big) but tenby is more of a winter spot with big swells needed. there are many other spots up there and lovely scenery, look around and find perfect hidden waves.

Cool, cheers dudes.. I will wait & see what happens...maybe find a secret spot, get beaten up by a local, break my head on a rock & get dragged off in a rip! he he!

lol, (oops i said the most in the uk, i meant in wales!!) the main problem in pembrokeshire is that there are many shallow reefs (and nice beaches) so make sure you check it out before going in!!

Thanks Mr Sausage, I will check potential spots at low tide for hidden dangers before going in... Or just send the other half in first & see if he survives?
