Do girls find guys that are surfing more attractive?

yeh, deffo, sufer guys have that cool about them, normally less stressed and fun to be around, not to mention surfing keeps them fit so they got the sexy body ;) the big discusion i have with my mates though is... who is hotter... emo guys or surfer guys? I'd love to meet an emo guy that surfed, they would be like the perfect guy!!!

Just out of interest, not for any particular reason, you understand, but what's an "emo guy" and how would, hypothetically speaking, someone become one...?! ;-)

For me yeah, they're more laid back. And because I spend so much time surfing, (and even thinking about it) they understand me more. Right now I'd find it kind of difficult to go out with a fella who didn't surf. -I think they'd find it pretty difficult to go out with me too! :lol: As it's kind of a case of drop everything at the last minute/cancel plans that have been made for weeks if the surf is good.

I respect guys that surf more than guys who don't because firstly I surf and I'm always looking for a surfing buddy and secondly it shows me that they devote time to get good at something.

I've seen the ugliest surfers in the world. I've seen some of the hottest girl hockey players.

It has nothing to do with what they do. Real surfers dont look like surfers. and contrary to popular belief us surfers dont stand at the corner of the street with no clthes and huge muscles...like the magazine ads

sorry, don't follow the argument that surfers deserve more respect than non-surfers cos they devote their time to doing something good. please! the whole world dosn't revolve around surfing. anyway, the less surfers the better cos it means more empty waves and less tension in the water. most of my mates have never even tried surfing but i have just as much respect for them as for my surfer mates. and surfing dosn't automatically make you hot. like inlet surfer said, surfers are just normal people.

That's just stupid. As long as a person is passionate about something, anything...that's all that matters. As long as they have a twinkle in their eye about something that really matters to them. Doesn't matter if it's their profession, their hobbie or whatever....
I can think of a few surfers who could do with an interesting hobbie other than surfing or some real passion in their lives...just read the above thread :-O

however, I like girls who like me, not what i do!

see those loose fitting board sorts that should be in the dasy duke contest thats what we like.always wait for them to paddle by.forget about those guys that got the right hair and style they eather swing the other way or somone told them what to do real guys care that there equiptment is functional and there girl is hot not the other way around those other guys are called a variety of degrating names especaly buy there peers oh ya real guy dont typicaly have good manners or grammer etherand if they surf trust my ladies you will always be second best no matter what he tells you
