Anyone on this Eastside Swell

Looks like this may well turn into an epic Eastside few days, I'm off mid Fri afternoon to catch it, bit of free camping int van for an early one Sat anyone onnit?
Its gonna be big baby.

Wish I was, haven't been out in ages.

Got exam all week, work Saturday then driving straight down to Kent to see my family for father's day :)

I think Surferdude is around on saturday tho.

Hell yeah! Looking good down here 2morra as virtually no wind. Tides are perfect for morning & evening sesh as well. Surfed the start of it this morning. Have a good one.

i'd love to be there now, i'm going more south in july, but i might be moving up to south tyneside in september, although i don't really know what the surf up there is like

Well up here are there are some great beachies, some amazing points, and some of the best reefs in europe. All that and a semi consistent amount of swell makes it a decent place to surf.

South Tyneside and you got a lot of choice.

thanks for the info northswell, i've got the footprint to surfing britain book, that helped a bit, but i need to go up and take a look around to get a better idea of what its like

South Bay tomorrow (late) Sat bit of reef time further north early.

Had it 3hrs Friday and a couple Sat morn. Not quite as good as i'd hoped, lots of northerly in it as well so a bit bumpy, some nice size tho.
Its still 1-2ft up here.

Bugger the South West lot, more Atlantic High pressure will do for me.

James i'll be up one day at least, i might kip overnight again tho and head further up this time. R bay might be good on this one cos of the wind factor.

I'll take back my comment on the atlantic high for the back end of next week so you can all score some at the meet, but only for a few days mind.

Nort Sweel nice one for the tex message never ended up going worked on my campervan conversion all weekend.
