Before anyone points it out, I know it's going to be pants out there tomorrow but I haven't been in the water for what seems like forever and I'm just gagging for my salt water fix!!

Probably going to head for Wooly/Putts/Saunton. Anyone heading down that way?

My bro seems set on Croyde because he and his brother are both boogy'in for the weekend and the waves will have a lil'more weight to them than saunton .. apparentely ! ..personally i know that they want to go to croyde so they can get p****d saturday night, pass out in the cars round the back of the pub, then wander to that wicked lil'cafe for breccy before even looking at the water lol .. not that it makes much difference to me ..im gonna be back to square one ..one knee pop-ups and trying not to jump off of my board as soon as i catch a ride .. still havnt worked out where this 'lemming' trait has come from lol

Had a pretty good sesh Saturday morning. It wasn't anything to write home about conditions wise but like I said I ain't been out for a while! Got in early and NOONE was out! By lunchtime it had started to crap out a bit and the world and his dog had arrived!

Oh well, at least I got a few hours of piece and quiet early!

Yeh soz my man .. i got down about 6pm and headed straight to Saunton for a quick plunge .. lol.. man im so back to square one , couldnt catch a cold let alone any of the weak lil'uns that were rolling in (was gutted). Then i headed round to Croyde to catch up with my buds and by the time i got there they were all in the Bar/Cafe having a munch and starting to hit the Jd's ! . Spent the whole night wandering between the three bars and making a nuisance outta meself outside the village hall where a decent local Ska band were playing lol .. had a good night but shame about the lack of time saturday and the complete blown flat crappola sunday

Not too worry .. made a few new friends , a south african dude and his Gf' spent the night with us getting wasted (in the bar and the car park/campsite afterwards) ..so all in all a good weekend

sorry i didnt hook up with you or Essex ..but i was keeping my eyes open all night for Essex in his hoody and for your van in the car parks!

.. p.s .. to all that know me well enuff to know how much i love the ocean yet still have sucky zero surf skills ... " i blew and sucked " at the same time on saturday ..man that was embarrasin .. time to hit the gym or summat and move to the waters edge cause this is year four and i still suck like an insecure breast-fed octopuss
