Hi Guys,

I really need a help. First of all I gonna type my little surf story.
I bought my surf board in Manly beach Sydney, Australia when I was there for my Language education. I Got directly 6'4" webber afterburner short board and I design it with spray paint by myself. I surfed 2 months in Australia and I came back to Turkey. This is my country and It s not possible to find surfer or surf stuffs in here.I thought It can be possible to surf in Black Sea. It is located just north of Turkey and there is a great waves some times.Anyway I tried to surf and my project was almost succesfull, It was possible to surf. But Black Sea Has low salt percentage and my board has not enougth lifting power. I decided to make a surfboard.My question is comming in this section. I searched lots of information on the internet, but the main problem is to reach the metarials, It s quite difficult to find suitable size of foam
and quality fiber coat. My Questions are;

* If I glued two thin foam to each other for thickness, is It a problem for built my board?
* I didn' t find a long foam for long board, What can I do for that?
* If you are a board stuffs supplyer, Could you help me for find a fin boxes, Fins or ect.

Pleaseee help me for all those problems guys.

Thanks a lot

P.S.: I m the only guy try to surf in Turkey and I need a help. You can find my own board design on the below links :)

You can get your foam and everything else from these guys.

They pretty much all came from Clark Foam.

I realize that I live but a few miles away from it and surf with a lot of the guys who ran the place.

US Blanks was started right after Clark Foam closed. The founders are from Clark Foam and use a lot of the same technology.

Hi, I know.. it will be a little bit offtopic, but I have a question for you..
If it's possible to find some surf spots in Turkey in black sea region?
I'll study from february in Samsun and I'll surf there, so I hope that is possible to do that there... So are some surfshops in Turkey, where is possible to buy a surfboard? I'm beginner so I think some longboard will be good...thanks for your reply.. you can write me on mail,or icq...thanks, bye Fossil
