phew was getting a bit paranoid, thought i was out of my league!
although everyone says i look 20's, still is nice to know.
Maybe i could meet up with you guys?

42, and still able to do sports, one thing i would say to the younger surfers, look after your inside`s as well as your outside.

Amazing the assumptions you make from the internet! (Libby is actually a bearded trucker from Kansas, for instance)
Insides/outsides is good advice. Wrinkles dont stop you surfing.

Mental age: 6
Still think i can breakdance!! Tho had to stop that last year after trying a headspin around a mates flat, grabbing hold of the radiator to pull myself up and ripping the thing of the wall.......flooded 1st floor flats on a Sunday are not good!

I'm 40 but in best shape for years (apart from a few pounds of extra flotation in the beer gut zone). Was surfing the other week with a guy who is 55, and he seriously ripped - but that's what 45 years of solid surfing does for ya.
