Surfing Waves

British Summer Time here at last! Time to put away the hoods til next winter, just got in yesterday without a hood for the first time and its so much better now . Goodbye to all those iffy sessions from the winter when we've been watching from the shore freezing thinking it looks too xxxxx to get in but if it was summer then we'd be in all day! I even got a bit of a tan on my face from yesterday!

I know it's great, I was out on sat and got my first wettie tan line of the year.

didnt go dark till 7:30 ish last night.

I did a little happy dance in celebration.

it's been sunny and warm (ish) all day today! I hope it stays like this when I'm srufing next week! happy days!

Even better it was lovely and sunny today and I've had my first surf after work this year

Yeh.... at my local break there's a restaurant that overlooks the beach with really bright floodlights pointing out to sea. They are intended to let the restaurant patrons see the waves at night, but I'm planning on using them for night surfing... especially now that daylight savings time just finished here...

(need to stock up on cyalume sticks so my mates and I don't go missing)
