Surfing britain book 1971
Posted: Sat Mar 10, 2007 9:30 pmMy dad just dug out a book to send down to me, published in 1971 it lists all the known surf spots and talks about the local area.
I think this was pre 'secret spot' era, although i cant be sure.
Obviously i read papa wolcoombe reasoning behind not posting up spots so I wont
It makes a fantastic read though, never realised so many areas existed in this country.
All the b&bs seem to cost £1.25 and that was considered expensive.
