Surfing Waves

Nooooo! The surf is picking up here and there is some swell breaking on a beach about 5 mins walk from my work and I can't go in! Oh well, its picking up tommorow but I went in last night and now i'm just going out of my mind to go surfing!

Aw poor you! Haven't been in for 4 weeks, since that it was October. Next time out will be 5th March - when I go to Morocco for 2 weeks!

4 weeks? Its been 3 months for me lol! Explains why i'm so stoked about all the surf rolling in! ooo I used the word stoked im a real surfer now

I haven't been out for 1 year! Too many reasons why, and none of them are good enough really! Miss it like crazy at the moment.. Oh well, I'm also at work, inland, and the only place I am close to is flat flat flat!

Now thats grim Are you ever going to manage to surf again?

Of course! I have loads of other commitments (financially) at the moment, that's all that's stopping me. One of those is saving enough to apply for my australian visa, the other is a snowboarding hol in april - so not all bad really. I'll surf every day I can once I leave the UK.. til then, it's time to work, save, and look forward to reaping hte rewards in due course..

But that doesn't mean I won't be surfing in the summer.. so, grim for now - but looking up..

i had that yesterday, i was working near the front at aberavon and it was probably the biggest ive seen it there. Looked surfable too even tho there was no one out. on the plus side it spurred me on to work harder so i could have today off to go to the beach

i know how you feel, i get stuck in school when theres good surf all the time
