a new shortboard any ideas?

hey-help me!
I have been using a 7' 4'' mal and i wanna get a new board and really want a thruster.
i am about 140 lbs and 5' 7'' tall, so what size board should i go for?
also, where is a good place to pick up a new board in west/north wales?

It all depends on what kind of surfing you prefer and what kind of surf you usually ride. Somewhere in the lower 6ft range is probably good for you. Bear in mind thickness and width too as they will affect paddaling and actaul riding performance. The best thing to do is speak to a shaper and tell him/her exactly what level you are at, where you surf etc.
