The fins don't look very dolphin like either. Saw this pic a while ago and after lengthy discussions me and a few others thought it was genuine.

looks like the tail fin is vertical like a sharks rather than horizontal like a dolphin!
i was freaked when a fish jumped out of the wave from that distance... couldn't imagine what i'd do if i saw that thing

the nose is to sharp cause bottlenose dolphins have totally different noses and i think the top of the body is too long for a dolphin id go with shark

Looks suspiciously like el timmo to me, sporting his grey wetsuit, scuba gear and a fake shark's fin on his back to scare off all the kooks...

it looks like a shark. However its easier to mistake that in the water.
Happened to me a couple months back. While sitting on board i saw a dark shadowy mass go under me. I totally freaked

- it was a dolphin round 20-30 of them were righ near me. It was totaly awesome.
Thats the one thing that really scares me in the water are sharks

It's all about the angle and perspective. That might not be a very big wave, but because the dolphin is filling up the whole picture, it looks huge (and therefore the dolphin looks huge, too).
Sharks will travel in the wave like that, though - seen specials on tigers and they were in the surf.
But nothing like surfing with a dolphin. It's pretty damn cool to look back and see them right next to you, then circle around you after kicking out.

Dolphins are really just gay sharks, and use more moisturising lotion per annum than every girl in london.
