No surf lessons this weekend...

Pulled a muscle in my hip earlier this week exercising. Today the pain got so bad I made a chiropractic appointment. The guy was wonderful - did an adjustment, told me to put ice on it for 20 minutes out of every hour, and I already feel better, if not 100%. However, he told me no surf lessons this weekend.



Maybe next weekend if I'm lucky. Better safe than sorry, I suppose...

ya you dont want to rip that muscle!
dont worry i wont be going out either, the swell is only 40 feet, much to small for me, there only expecting 15 feet faces.
