NOT A F U C K I N G CHANCE :D

I get cold in Bali and the water temp is 28 degrees!!!

I read about you lot going for surfs in the winter and think you're all mad!!!

I really have a problem with the cold..........seriously.

But maybe when it starts warming up next year I'll definately be up for bringing the van for a meeting, camping somewhere and drinking copius amounts of scrumpy 8)

Thanks for the winter surf invite though

1) If it was 28 I would be in a Hotskin at least, or even a shorty (lmao cheezee!!!)

2) I am dreading Oahu already...brrrrrrrrrr 25C ..time to bring out the ful length! Also, yes the majority on this forum is slightly insane (me included)!

Give me any opportunity to go surfing now and I'd snap your hand off - I don't care if it's -4C.

Just a bit desperate!

I managed New Year's Day of the millenium in a summer suit in Polzeath! Man that was cold - makes me shiver thinking about it!

Yea I am. One of my old friends has bought a hous on the North Shore and seeing as it'll be my birthday on December 19th..I thought I would treat myself to something special...North shore winter surf..mmm...

It will be a lot colder than Phuket..which is already scaring me...I will be the only one in a winter suit!

nope end of augest through to october is normally best depending on how good the hurricane season is we normally get big long period swells

even with a semi decent winter suit you should be able to handle 2-3 hours in the winter

Unless my conversions are wrong, it appears the warmest average water temp there is around 61 degrees Fahrenheit? Damn I wont go out even with a wet suit if it gets below 60.
