Posted: Fri Oct 06, 2006 9:17 amDuckd' : .. i have very little education in swell charts , weather systems or the relative info that can be gained from understanding high & low pressure swings buuuut ... there is enough info available here to get a good general picture of what is happening in the liquid from week to week 
A nice easy way to get a 'foot-up' on the learning curve is to get a basic understanding of swell & weather charts and then simply see what direction the swell/wind is pushing in your chosen area .. then you'll get a rough guide as to where may be sheltered for that day or week ..

( dont go looking for that one bro .. its a dodgy lil' fishing spot i used to dingy up and down on playing pirate as a kid )
