Live in St. Augustine Florida. Surf mostly there, but I do spend a lot of time just south surfing around MarineLand.
Take a few trips even farther south surfing Slaters original home break.

Hello There,
I am new to surfing and also surf Ocean City Maryland and Delaware. I am hoping some of the area surfers will share there surfing spots with us. I usually surf the indian river inlet Del. in the morning because it breaks farther out and 70th street in OC in the afternoon because it seems to have a little bigger wave.

I actually havn't surfed IRI yet...I hear it is usually a zoo out there.
You can probably kiss 70th st. good bye to the dredging currently in progress.
What town are you living in? I'm in Willards, MD.

I live in Oxford PA. However my wife and I own a condo on 70th street in OC. I usually check surfline to get a forcast of the surfing conditions. If they look good for the weekend I usually come down.
Although there has been dredging on 70th I have hit some good waves there in mid Sept. Also 68th street has been good.
Where do you like to surf? I would like to try some new places. I've got surf racks and an SUV that can handle a 7' board if you want to take a road trip to IRI sometime.
Whats everybody wearing in Fall/early winter 3/2 or 4/3?
Thanks Jim

Were I do kinda depends...I'll check a few spots...usually around mid-town.
I use a 3/2 right now up until I need my 5/4 hooded, but the 3/2 has been a bit warm. I could probably do with a spring suit, but I don't have one.

blonde hair, white guy with a white rashie, and either blue or blue boardshorts. 5'11".
I usually ride a big retro board. Like an 8 footer with a kinda cool resin swirl in the middle.
Haven't been since August, before that July (a good swell that no one else saw coming)
Going in two weeks though. I live in Richmond (sucks) so I only go when there are definately gonna be waves, and when I can go.
What do you look like/ surf/ live?

who's grabbing a piece of this swell?
Looked at the VaB cams and they're breaking well past the end of the jetties. Really messy right now, need for this to calm down and then hit it
