taking off a deck pad
Posted: Tue Sep 26, 2006 11:53 amJust got a 2nd hand board with a deck pad on. Can't stand the things, does anyone know how to remove it without ruining the board

Peel it off.
Use "Goop Off" or similar (non-corrosive chemical sticker remover) to remove the residue.
Done!

Point is to get it nice and warm to assist the peel-off, which helps to minimise residue.
