Maiden Voyage

I've never felt so stoked as I did last night. My 7'2" Premier funboard, and first ever surfboard owned, had its maiden voyage yesterday. Compared to the 8'0" and 9'0" longboards I rented a couple of times she was a veritable ballerina and was still as stable as the 'learning logs' I first used. I spent a little under four hours after work let out surfing the tail end of Ernesto, getting my share of 4-5 foot waves. I look forward to the next time I go out on the waves...on Sunday.

glad to hear it. devirginizing a board is always fun. Compared to the 9ft beasts it feels like an icecube under your feet

Did you just surf after the storm and after piles of rain fell hope u didnt swallow any water
