Well, I just got my first non-rental surfboard today. It's a 7'2" Premier funboard, 21.25" wide and 3.5 inches thick. I'm taking the surfshop up on a 1 hour surfing lesson tommorrow, even if the lesson won't work out tommorrow, I'll start my board's first of many surfing sessions on a board that is mine and not a rental. Sorry for the rant, but I'm just that happy.

Congratulations on the new board. You do realize that everytime you buy a new board you will be cursed with a 2 week flat spell.
What part of Florida you in?

I may not be going out today because there's a flat spell and it looks like there's a chance of thunderstorms...

. However there is Saturday when I drive down from Jax to visit my cousin in Daytona Beach.
WooD, you were right, it seems like I've got thunderstorms to contend with...

Me too......picked up my brand new board off Kitey, and I've got to say he's done a great job!!!
I cant stop caressing her smooth curves!
The forecast for Bali at the moment is 7 and a half foot, 13 second period and looks like it's going to hold out at least til I get there.
I reckon that'll be a good test to see how she surfs......I'm just looking to get a waterproof camera to show you all how beautifull she'll be in the water

Dude..... I'm in St. Augustine. Right between Jax, and Daytona. As long as its not lightning surfing in the rain is most cool.

Looks like your gonna be out of luck Saturday, but if your gonna be at NSB, or Ponce Inlet you might score a little something. Looks like Monday, and Tuesday things will pick up a little.
I'm praying TD#5 is gonna turn into some real surf for us.
