Went surfing a few days back, and I managed to pop up real good on a bunch of my waves, and I even did some turning in the wave. I'm feeling really good about it. I'm really stoked because it was the first time i've been able to turn on a wave.

Manaiakalani is the name for the Fish Hook of the Hawiian Fishing God. =P And the Mosquito part, it's a small insectile creature exhisting in subtropical humid regions of the planet. =P

Sadly, i'm landlocked in Austin. I bum as many rides down to the beach as possible. I just got back from a trip in Florida, down near Homosassa. Went across the state to the Atlantic, and went surfing at Orman beach. That's where I popped up/rode the waves good. It was a pretty crazy time.
