I spit, because of all the salt water....only reason, otherwise i hate spitting

I personally can't help it. I was out with my mate one day who body boards and he shout "Watch out, Portugese Man O War!" I sh`t my pants so much, but he was refering the the 'lung butter' he'd just produced! I always try to break it up afterwards if I do spit (sea water)

Aye Its unavoidable for me happends about 30mins into a session, all the crap in my lungs gets coughed up. yum.
I'm fine after that :p
