wax for sw france

Im using zoggs cool water wax atm, but now im not so sure if itll be hard enough what with this heatwave in europe. I usually use a basecoat too.
Should i get some warm water wax as a basecoat for the cool wax? or is there something harder i can use with warm wax as a topcoat?
