How do you do that, as when I wax my board I'm left with a nice, sticky mess, works, but saw what you've just achieved and wondered how?

thaat what i do but i so it diagonaly, it doesnt take as long but you get the same effect

Yeah cheers seen that ages ago and thats how I wax my board, but the board I saw and I thought you were talking about looked like he had small cadburys buttons (No advertising there) style drops of wax on it?!?!?

well i neva put a pic on but my bard does hav small cabury buttonf, but id say there more choch chip size myself but its all the same

you are probably rubbing too hard! Be a bit more gentle in your action and you should see an improvement in results. I used to have terrible wax jobs, even had it peel off in lumps as soon as it got wet. Turns out i was just a bit over enthusiatic with the pressure I was putting on my stick. Take it slow and gentle, and make sure the board is nice and cool before you start.

I love creating awsome wax jobs. After I get a nice thick wax job on my board, I use a wax comb over it all to create smaller grippier bumps and also to flatten out the lumpy wax. Works a treat. Just go up and down and then side to side with the wax and comb.

i used to sue a wax combe, but i found i can get better humps with out it
