how to make a stationary wave?

surely it cant be that hard, theres a few bits of plastic and a water pump lying round here somewhere..........

..ahh my childhood comes back one more time today !! ...

" fill your bath but only half way , jump on in .. grab the sides whilst keeping a low body profile ..then slide smoothly forward and backwards keeping in time with the building wave going backwards and forwards .. then stop and lay low ... "overheader on its way " ..soaks the hell out of your bathroom but good fun all the same :D

lol iused to do tht when i was little until the water septed thought the ceilin on to the plug socket and shorted the whole house out opps lol.

theres a wave house up the road from me in mission beach (ca) used it 1 time was fun but building one looks pretty hard and expensive.

i still do that

also smak you knees together and you get sideways waves braecking into the sides and over the top
