how to make a stationary wave?

" fill your bath but only half way , jump on in .. grab the sides whilst keeping a low body profile ..then slide smoothly forward and backwards keeping in time with the building wave going backwards and forwards .. then stop and lay low ... "overheader on its way " ..soaks the hell out of your bathroom but good fun all the same

i still do that
also smak you knees together and you get sideways waves braecking into the sides and over the top
