Beware they're everywhere!
I even found one in the shaping shack on sunday! Left Pat's old 6ft 3" thruster in there for 3hrs and low and behold suddenly another one had appeared!
Very curious, anyone else have problems with these pesky cretures????
Had to get a closer look just to see if it really was the same!!!

Thrusters are notoriously asexual, if you leave it in there for long enough as long as its moist, warm and has plenty of available nutrients it will keep reproducing. You'll be popping out thrusters like Bic does minimals....

6ft 2 3/4 x 18 1/2 x 2 3/8.
I was hoping to get it 2 1/2 thick as per pat's request but i lost some thickness when i put the concave in! Doh note to self remember to take the concave into consideration and this board has a lot of concave! Still mad up for it by leaving the tail sligthly thicker than the original to give that litlle bit of extra go in the smaller stuff. Not much though as the original is one of those "magic boards" and i didn't want to change much on it.

i'll use some magic resin on it just to make sure though!
Unfortunatley can't glass it at the moment as it's just too damn hot in the shed. Not going to risk the resin gelling in super fast time. Busy making up a jig at the moment at work (Ssshhh) for routing out the holes for fitting the red x fin boxes into.

Pesky dopplers (nice curves, tho).
Flamethrower should sort them.
The long term answer is to avoid potatoe chips.

Remember this?
Well it now looks like this.
Haven't told him yet but it's part of the deal that anyone i make a board for has to have a happy customer photo taken, so fingers crossed you'll all get to see what pat looks like soon just proove he's not a bot but a real person!

Laguna ithe wrting is done in powerpoint and then printed onto decal paper. Simple. But it doesn't have the dimensions on what it actually says is " I do BIG birds!"
