
I know everybody's going to say swim-swim-swim, but has anybody got anything they do in the comfort of their home/garden/office or gym?
To start the ball rolling: I do press ups with both hands on my Indo-board to improve popups as well as burpees (burpees=a pop up on dry land)
Other than that im a lazy beer swilling pie eater with the lung capacity of a 3 year old child! who has aspirations of becomeing a new Mr Motivator of the surfing world
