Can't... Stand... Pain... Any longer....

Must... Post... Real surf movies... ;D

I'm no big collector, but...

Current library...

Regular movies with a surf theme/flavour...

Current wish list in no particular order...

Running out of room on that one ;) All donations greatfully accepted.

    Big Wednesday
    Blue Crush
    Blue Hawaii
    North Shore

North shore! what a classic fim! "Ive seen bigger waves than that in my toilet"

blue crush is rubbish , blue juice however was a great film (if your a british surfer who remembers the 90's) and it has catherine zeta jones before she turned into a grandad chasing freak.

How good is fair bits and blue horizon? Im going to order Kelly Slaters new DVD - "Letting Go", spose to be really good, and if I order another surfing dvd I get this iSurf on DVD for free.

So its between fair bits and blue horizon , any help?
(heard both are good, however im more tempted to get fair bits so I can see how they surf on table and doors)

Not a bad price either, in carve mag they are asking for £22 and most surf shops charge £20 odd.

Im not sure whether to get fair bits or blue horizon now..hmmm,

I got a dodgy DVD in Bali "The surfer's journal biographies with Tom Curren and KEELY slater"

Keely is quite a good surfer :D

But it is quite a good DVD....you cant complain for 50pence/$1.00

Both are good...
I own Blue Horizon and I've seen Fair Bits (once).

Depends what you're looking for.
Blue Horizon has more of a story and focuses on Andy and Rasta. Exploring differences in the life of the contest surfer and the "free" surfer.
Fair Bits is a bunch of various "shorts" strung together.

Both do have great surf footage.
Having only seen Fair Bits once; I don't know if it's fair to say, but...
personally I like Blue Horizon better.

guys don't know how many of you know of this, but you can see news on all manners of sports on here (including surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, etc) and it's like a little TV on your computer that delivers you all the news!

thanks for the advice. I like the sounds of both, I was more tempted to get fair bits - mainly to see how they surf on objects like tables. lol :D
But im still a bit unsure. I like something like endless summer2 and riding giants, rather than just a 2hr long film on surf clips with no story or any interesting tips about surfing
