Heres the deal: yesterday i bought a used board, it came with TON of wax, it was really black and dirty (and extremly thick to) i took off most of it (because it was so thick it was really easy to remove) now there is a thin coat and these litlle bumps on the sides. How do i take that thin coat and the bumps off?
i tried heating it a bit but no go, I tried aceton no go, hot water no go.
How the hell can i remove it?

nope no go, i need to use some chemicals or the "go to the beach, wait for the sun softens the wax, pour some sand on deck and scrape off the wax" technique (im not sure even if that will work) the only problem is its winter time, there are sunny days, but im not sure its enough to soften the wax

Even cheaper is methylated spirits.

Pour on a small amount and then gently use a washing scourer to scrape it off. Then wash the meths resiude off with water.
