Sea Wall Flashpoint

Postby BoMan » Mon Jan 08, 2024 8:58 pm

If a house is built next to the ocean should owners be allowed to build a sea wall to protect it?
Litigation may rise to the US Supreme Court.

If the seawall causes damage to public beaches, I say no.

I think no one should be allowed to build near the ocean unless up on a cliff well above water line
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

Similar to buying or building home near airport and then wanting to change airport operations.
