Surfing Waves

Was lucky to have someone take a drone video of me and my wife surfing.

2:29 I am surfing a Carl Schaper XTR blank quad diamond tail.

3:21 My wife is surfing a 8'8" Schaper Bonga model by Southpoint.

6:01 My wife again.

We are at Kamakura Shonan surf break.

LOL…gotta have patience surfing there. Epoxy boards only, like bumper cars out there!!!

She surfs good. Good teacher I guess haha. Looks like a fun wave, waikiki-esque but with better scenery. Love those fat waves on a log. Seen videos of "old man's" in San Onofre which is similar too.

Waves like that it's OK to surf with a few up as the steep section is so long, but would have been nice if the other surfers weren't there so you could cutback to the white water. Nice video.
