Hi I am building a student website designed to help students cook. Could you recommend a good healthy surfing breakfast before you catch a wave. Could you include your picture riding a wave as this would be including with your credit on the website.
Thanks
pat

Mate, if I'm getting up for the early I don't bother with breaky cos its a fairly unpleasent experience for all involved when you throw your ring up all over the peak

!
I maybe eat a couple of Rennie just to stave off that acid reflux thing tho... deffo have a few swigs of water and occasionally some Lucozade Sport or Red Bull if I happen to have any with me...

i like to have about 7 or 8 pancakes, then aboput a dozen scrambled eggs, about 5 of those little sausages, an egg mcmuffin, some hash browns, a gallon of orange juice, and some oatmeal to hold me over until lunch. Now that right there is a hell of a breakfast. And then i like to throw it up all over the place.

I have 1 or 2 cereal bars and Gatorade, then I'll bring with me 1 banana and maybe a peanutbutter sandwich of brown bread for lunch or I get a sandwich made with carrots, lettuce, tomatoes and turkey meat.. I have my breakfast 1 hour before get into the water and I also do some exercise to warm up

A big pile of beans on toast, and a whole plateful of eggs, all cooked at the beach on the camper van stove
normally followed an hour or so later by the realisation that Ive missed the dawny
again!

Mmmmmmmmmmm.... now you're talking.... there's something special, intrinsically linked, about marmite and surfing

A cocktail of Shreddies & Sugar Puffs - it's the cereal combination of the gods (exc. CheeZee)
As for a surfing breakfast - if the surf's good, breakfast can wait!!
