Surfing Waves

Hi, does anyone know where to watch some of the early classic surf films online, specifically Morning of the Earth, The Innermost Limits of Pure Fun and Crystal Voyager? Happy to pay to watch, but would prefer to not have to buy a dvd player or expensive dvds. Googling surprisingly didn't get me anywhere...

I own those surf movies and watch them on my computer dvds. I haven't ever found a source for them but did find some surf movies free to watch on Amazon

Unfortunately because of Covid-19 the prices of videos seems to have gone up. I bought mine at less than half the price long ago

I too have been looking for older surf films, and had some success searching on YouTube. They have pay-to-watch movies you can rent for about $3.99. This is where I found "Five Summer Stories", "Riding Giants", and "Momentum Generation" (not exactly and "older" film but a great one). Another source is the Surf Network, which has plenty of these older surf flicks available, but it is a paid subscription. I have been searching deep for "Morning of the Earth", but have had no success finding that one. Let me know if you find the holy grail like OMS's collection!

Five Summer Stories was the first surf movie I saw in a regular movie theater. I have a lot of newer movies too of Bethany Hamilton and Laird Hamilton and Mick Fanning and John John Florence

If you have Amazon Prime, the Surf Channel is $5.99 a month, a ton of those movies are on it. I got it for a month, watched a bunch, and cancelled it at the end of the 30 days. I'll re-up it if my work goes back to work-from-home again.

You can also get 7 days free and cancel, you'll just have to binge watch.

I managed to find them on YouTube. I was looking for old surf movies, too. They have pay-per-view movies that you can rent for about $3.99. "Five Summer Stories," "Riding Giants," and "Momentum Generation" are all I found. Another source is 123movie.show. That's where I also found these movies and many more. Luckily there's no subscription to it and it's completely free and in great quality. So I chose the 2nd option. If you have Amazon Prime, Surf Channel costs $5.99 a month and it streams a ton of these movies.
