Surfing Waves

Hi,

I got a new board, completely unused. I was waxing it and noticed these white marks on the bottom of the board (see the image).



Any ideas on what's causing them and what the best action is?

are they raised bumps or smooth? If they are raised perhaps paint? and then scrape off or sand down. If smooth then maybe air bubbles and a defect in the manufacture of the board and not much you can do but monitor and if there is a color change then you will have to repair it.

White or CLEAR marks/zits/pimples ?
