Surfing Waves

hey all,

i'm just settling down for my schoolyear in CT and wont be able to surf til december...its torture! Its sad...my repertoire of movies consists of the Endless Summer and Step Into Liquid. I guess i'll swim...any ideas on anything else i can do for now to keep my sanity?

Sorry for whining, but i had to let it out. Nobody here seems to understand the pain!

Indoboard, skateboarding (long board would be nice), or perhaps mountainboarding. I saw a guy getting on a mountainboard on a flat day and asked his friend to pull him with the van. It looks like fun. Just an idea.
