Watching TV today and its about hurricane Rita and it shows this cop arresting some guy surfing in the water. All cops suck, sorry if anyone on here is in the cop field.

ya that guy that got arrested was a complete idiot, he got in trouble for jumping off of flagship pier in the middle of the night. The reason he got arrested was cuz galveston county was a mandatory evacuation, so thats why.
the video of him was funny though
