wow!! is a wave like this beach break or reef break??

thats chopes in tahiti one of the heavest waves in the world its a reef break the wave kind of sucks up all the water on the reef to form the wave

the pic if im not mistaken is laird with his millinum wave he broke down in tears after that ride must have been quite an experance

ya its laird. Ive seen the video of that wave a million times and never get tired of it. Whats really funny is when they were filming the endless summer, the only wave in tahiti they could find was ins and outs. And now, teahupoo is one of the best waves anyones ever surfed.
