Let me just say that I am insane. Don't even come near me cuz I might rip your head off. yesterday, I groused at everybody and got in trouble for my 'attitude'. Why this attitude? Because it's summer, I have less than 6 days before school starts and it's been flat for the last 2 weeks!! I checked surfline and they said some stuff about pressure spots and cloud cover and impending alien invasion....whatever. All I know is I am going crazy. Yea, you guys down in the South hemi are prolly having the time o your life right? - Last WEdnesday, So. Cal. got a little window of surf... I woke up and checked the surf reporrt: 3-4 ft. and fair +. You cannot even begin to imagine the stokage I was experiencing then. Had an awesome day surfing, missed thursday and friday cuz of parental control, and saturday was flat again. Am I being punished for something?

Ahhhhhh, Jeez . . . being a minor. You'll grow out of it. *G*

Sell your parents to the pirates for booty. Trade the booty for a board.

Tell the Principal you've gone surfin' -- "Surfing ain't a matter of Life or Death. It's bigger than all that."

-- This from a retired professor, academic . . . You know, the university, publish, get degrees.

I got kissed by a surf babe, and sucked sea up the nose.

Cowabunga! *LMAO*

I've been wave starved since May and then I only had a single 2 hour session!

I've just booked to go to Cornwall for a week in Sept though, so I'm praying for waves now!!

I'd go this weekend, but cant face the bank holiday crowds :(

Looking like the south coast might be getting something worth checking out, so hopefully I'll get a session :D

Where/when you going Sin's?

Im planning on chugging slowly through devon/cornwall sometime in september (last minute timing obviously depending on waves) so maybe we'll end up in the same car park

Then spot the purple camper, and the muppet who's forgotten how to surf over this cr@ppy summer

Drowning

It'd be cool to hook up, but then you might find out just how bad I actually am!!

I'm going to be in Newquay from Mon 12th Sep to Mon 19th Sep. I'm staying at a place called White Acres just out of town.

But I am going for a family holiday with the wife and baby, so I don't know how many times I'll actually get in the water.

If I spot a purple camper I'll definitely come over and say hi though! It'd be good to have someone to paddle out with - not a massive fan of surfing alone!

Cheers

Sinista

Dude, wavejunkie, can't you get slammed by the board of education or something for advising a minor to skip school?

Actually yea, yesterday was good, we got 3 and maybe 4 ft waves, good surfing (finally!!) I almost cried when I had to leave. Honestly, the idea of only surfing on the weekends is an unmentionalbe....Once i get my license me and my bro might take up dawnpatrol... have fun with that one!!
