Does anyone know how I can find out what the surf's going to be like in Sutton-On-Sea this weekend.

Yeah, I know Sutton's not exactly 'surf city' and the water's filthy, but yes - I'm that desperate!!

It's a silty sea bed that gives it the colour. I forget what it's like not to be able to see your feet when I'm in the lineup.

well that's not so bad then, that's what its like here (except not that bad), but I still like being able to see the bottom or atleast my feet...

Well I got there, climbed over the dunes to the seafront and there it was:

Light offshores making super-clean lines peeling left & right.

The only problem was it was about 1ft high breaking into 6 inches of water!!

Gutted!
