When are surf pools (such as Kelly's) becoming global?

I'm just so tired of the freaking localism in my surf break, I can't go there anymore, idiots will try to pickup a fight. I just can't wait for wave pools to arrive here to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, many of these poor bastards won't have money to pay for it.

They are opening one in Palm Beach Florida soon. However I imagine there are breaks around Puerto Vallarta which aren't crowded.
