Found this great video highlighting 10 beginner mistakes. There's not many videos of actually footage of the the mistakes, just instructors telling don't do this, don't do that. But this one's really good.


I like the footage of #1 #4 #6 and #7. Great explanation.
However, I don't agree with her hand must be fully on the deck and front foot should be at 90 - 45 degree angle.

Name of her ladies' surf school is KOOKBITCHES. That's funny.

The head down tip is really clear when you see it on the video. Good tips.
