Help!! name that board!!

Hey, i picked up a nice little 6'1" shortboard in Putsborough back in March. It has no markings except for a logo which is black and yellow and appears to read 'UB'. Have looked around and found no information on them whatsoever, and was wondering if anyone has heard of them etc....
