I rolled the dice a few weeks ago, booked a few days off work to surf and got lucky... I have 3 days of nothing but....

That looks so sweet. In these dark UK winter nights I am limited to only weekend surf :( my brand new JP 6'4 quad is yet to see a clean face.

Enjoy.

I had a run of bad luck this winter, my days off the surf was usually messy and/or too big for me - I was due for some good waves. Stoked!

Canadian surf? Alright! Looks a little windy but I guess you will be wearing a wetsuit anyway. I used to have a gf who lived on Vancouver island long ago Never went there but had I known there was surf I might have. :)

This looks great and is not windy at all ;-) Is Vancouver not very cold still? 6 weeks to go for me. Spain will not be that good, but getting closer to spring sun and first waves of the year....

It was an unusually cold winter here but it's starting to get reasonable. Sustained snow is unusual here. There's quite a few breaks with different levels of wind protection. We have sun in the forecast too - it's cold here compared to Bali or Hawaii standards, but as a local it doesn't faze me at all. Water temp is 46. Air temp is roughly the same.
