I killed my knees in gymnastics a few months ago, and so I can't really run for a while .

~with out it really hurting, or hurting later~ does anyone know any dry land excersizes I could do? ( I pulled my hamstrings.)

Yeah, i still run, but painfully. I've broken both ankles and blew my knee so it sucks to run, but oh well, gotta get used to it.

Skateboarding! It's the next best thing to surfing in my opinion!

I also do swimming and some other stuff.

Indoboarding is great for leg strength as well as flexibility and balance. I had a dodgy knee until I started indoboarding at home whenever I had a spare five minutes. And now its completely cured for the first time in years!
