Bo and Billy that picture of a street scene is typical of many little coastal or near coastal villages.often with very wide streets so the bullock drawn timber carts ( we call them jinkers) could turn.

The highways have often bypassed these towns now and so they are mostly free of semi trailers barrelling down the main street.
There is always a good pie shop, fish and chip shop, milk bar and a good pub. :D
A good surfer on a trip will always know the best pie shop and the pub with the coldest beer.

A house in my neighborhood used to have a surfing santa on the roof during the Christmas season. Wish I have the photo...
But Bo Man is right. Aussies def. have the right idea.
