Looks like a pretty old board - glassed in fins, the shape. Probably from the 1990s at a guess. Maybe even earlier. Looks a lot like this one

Its in pretty good condition but I dont think has any historical value, just the value of an old surfboard (not much really). You might find someone who wants it as a wall hanger; most surfers today wouldnt buy it due to the changes in surfboard design

Rip Curl was an original Aussie surf company founded and grown on the surf coast of Victoria.
Wayne Lynch was a major surfing hero an early pioneer in Australia of breaking the straight line thought of longboard surfing and a leader the phalanx of developing short board riders.
Wayne still shapes and Rip Curl still exists having grown to an international surf company.

The board is probably more of a curiosity than of value, a wax clean and a light polish with car polish will bring it up to shine( will show up imperfections)

Looks similar to this board which is a glassed in fin quad from the 1980's http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-JboMR2rvEzU/Vpqv9ZBTktI/AAAAAAAASsQ/-oiznThHEXo/s640/IMG_1446.jpeg

So I guess from around that time and it is a thruster wing roundtail
