Surfing Waves

You don't see this every day! A 13 yr old surfer near Kalbarri, Western Australia was have a session like he often does. Then, BOOM, a dolphin drops in on him (literally)! The surfer says the dolphin's "nose went straight through my board. It must have hurt a bit. It was rustling around trying to get free from the board."

Wow, never knew swans liked to surf! They sure have a superior method for reaching the outback.

Billie, if you go to Santa Barbara Zoo you can find a black swan or two right inside the entrance. According to the zoo train engineer they are rather unfriendly. Probably because those guys are deprived of the waves.
