What to do about this ding?

Postby Pex » Fri Jul 08, 2016 7:53 am

first of all i'm extremely sorry if i'm reposting this topic, only joined 5 mins ago :)
I've only been surfing for less then a year (7-8 months) currently surfing a 5'10, 18 3/4, 2 3/8 epoxy webber im 14 5'6
I was wondering what i should do about these "dings"/marks on the board (should i do anything?) my friends seem to go in and get their repaired all the time but they have fiberglassed boards,
ANY HELP/ADVICE WOULD HELP ME!
thank you.

Well if you intend to use this board for a lot longer then you should fix it. This ding may not go all the way through but it's on the rail and makes this area vulnerable to worse damage so as a preventative measure you should fix it.
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

I think the Webber SLX construction is Epoxy / EPS so you better make sure who ever is fixing it knows that.
