Good for her. That's cool. It's raining in my neck of the woods and I didn't have to work today so I watched this.

I think if I could surf one legendary break on a good day it would be J-Bay. It just looks like such a fun wave and it goes forever.

Hanalei is another long breaking right not quite as long as J-bay can be but as long as it typically is. Here is a video of Hanalei with great music plus beautiful scenery......this video has photos of the weekly board swap that goes on there (calm down Big H )

With waves like those in the pictures, I have no doubt they're a training ground for excellent surfers. The locals really don't have to go anywhere else. I love these kinds of translucent water over reef pics.

That might be Hanalei or some other break but if it is Hanalei I never surfed it at that size and it's probably low tide. The smallest I ever surfed it was twice that size and I never saw the reef when I surfed there
