There are many solutions to this type of problem. The simplest is to takeoff down the line from where you were so that you are ahead of that section. The next would involve getting more speed before the section throws over so you don't get caught behind. This involves doing quick turns from top to bottom or possibly just riding higher on the face of the wave. Another possible solution is to try to get onto the wave sooner by paddling stronger or more efficiently. I usually will paddle before the wave gets to me but to do so I lineup further outside so I have a running start before the wave gets to me. Then once on the wave drop down quickly and try to get back up quickly for a speed turn. If that isn't possible then a floater or foam climb would be the next thing to attempt. More or less it involves lining up ahead of the section or learning to gain speed one way or another or learning to do floaters and foam climbs.

Anyone else making the section? If no the it could be unmakeable....if they are the look at wave selection, how deep you are taking off and the speed or lack thereof of your pop up....catching the wave with correct timing sets you up to win or lose.

On Dec 17th you wrote " Hi , can someone tell me the proper technique for taking drops ? I just want to fall less and start the wave good . Any help ?"

If in the 3 weeks since then you haven't gotten your drops and bottom turns down solid, I wouldn't worry about trying to do white water climbs. The wave is running away because you haven't gotten into it in time. ( or it's a unmakeable closeout ). Either way, work on your drops first.
