Phillipines surfshop

Hi all im going beginning of the year 3 months to Siargao in the Phillipines and then 4 months to Bali.
I grow out of my board and ll buy a newone.
Do i have any chanse finding a good 5.11 (new or perfect secondhand) board in the Phillipines (manila,siargao)
for about 300-500 usd
Are there any good boardshops around with many diffrent boards?
Or is there a bigger chanse i gona run into the full yelow dirty board crap..?
Ofcourse going first to Bali ll solve my problem but thats not possible..
