Ello fellow surfers

First off, sorry if im posting the wrong place ;-)
Anyway, we just had our first ever surf film festival in Denmark, called "Cold Hawaii Film Festival", and since we surfers obviously like surfing and related stuff, sooooo I thought I would share the outcome with you guys.
The winner of the festival is called "Feel The Freedom" and is filmed in Denmark over our winterperiode in an area we call "Cold Hawaii" :-)

Check it out, rest of the competing videos can be seen here: https://vimeo.com/user38410065/videos
some of them are quite hilarious

That's interesting. Seems like they have a dedicated bunch of surfers there who enjoy riding small cold surf and making videos about it. Must be a fun group there.

If I was to vote I would pick the Forever Young video because it had the best surfing and was the most fun.

Yeah, you are right :-)
We are not many, but we do have loads of fun surfing.
The surf is kinda rare here, so you gotta be there when it happens, and the best chance is in our winter time, which is rather cold.. water temp around 0 degrees celcious, and air temp often below zero.
In the summer its a different story :)

The videos was judged on several criterias, like the surfing, creativity, story, quality etc.

Those videos are awesome man! It was really cool seeing how things are over the other side of the planet- a lot of the scenery is very similar to my local beach break that is renowned for its rugged and raw waves/coastline.

My personal favorite was the winner that you mentioned above

I like the Addiction one too because she shares much of my thoughts about surfing and staying in shape. I like the foamclimb mammal one because it is silly. They are all together and interesting view into surfing.
